Welcome to Haddon House Equestrian. A professional dedicated equestrian facility set in the heart of the peak district national park. We are a private yard who pride ourselves in offering that 'home from home' feeling for your horses whether it be for holiday livery, rehabilitation livery or to hire our stunning outdoor arena.
Our luxurious indoor barn consists of 7 large 14X14 ft poured rubber floored stables, a hot water wash bay & a secure tack room. We also have our fabulous 30X40 pre-mixed surfaced arena available for hire with or without jumps all year round.
Holiday livery packages: weather you are away on business, enjoying a well-deserved holiday or just need a break from the day to day hard work involved in caring for your beloved horses, here at Haddon house equestrian we are happy to work with you and create bespoke livery packages to tailor to yours and your horse's individual needs. We pride ourselves on being a smaller scale yard with excellent facilities, some horses simply don't suit being on big busy yards at times of need, Haddon House Equestrian is the perfect tranquil destination for your horse when you need a break. All horses will have the option for being turned out in individual paddocks during their stay (weather permitting). We also offer exercise during livery periods if required, this can be either ridden exercise in our 30X40 arena, hacking around the stunning surroundings on our doorstep, or a range of in hand/ground work exercises to ensure your horse is fit and ready to go after you have enjoyed some time away.
Rehab livery: we know how difficult it can be when your horse has to be rehabilitated, you need a lot of time and a safe environment to be able to successfully bring your horse back from those unfortunate illnesses/injury's. Working alongside your horse's veterinarian, physiotherapist, farrier etc. we can ensure your horses rehabilitation programme will be undertaken with great care. Your horse will be in very capable hands with our dedicated experienced staff, our yard manager lives on site and we have 24 hour cctv throughout. Our fibre mix surfaced turn out pen is ideal for horses that cannot be turned out during rehabilitation but can have short periods outside in a small flat secure area.
Arena hire. Our 30X40 outdoor pre fibre-mixed surface is available to hire here via our website. This is available to hire with or without the use of our training jumps .
